Export Pipeline
Every enquiry from first quote to e-BRC closure
Shipment stages
Pick an account in the bar above and all six tabs narrow to that buyer — their shipments, their containers,
their inspections, their paperwork. Everything on screen is read from a spreadsheet: change a value in
kivaro-sample-data.xlsx, click Load data at the top right, and the dashboard redraws.
On the water
The buyer link: every voyage generates a read-only page — send it on WhatsApp or print the QR on
the packing list. The buyer sees farm, inspection, certificates and vessel position; nothing else from
your account. Open Buyer page on any row above to see exactly what they get.
Pre-shipment inspection
Why lot-level: when a buyer in Mombasa claims moisture was high, the argument is settled by the
lot record and loading photos, not by memory. Every report is attached to the shipment and to the supplier,
so repeat-offender suppliers surface on their own.

Expiring & blocking
The expensive one: a phytosanitary certificate is valid for a short window and a container that
reaches port without it starts earning demurrage from day one. The alerts here are dated backwards from
each vessel's cut-off, not from today.
Buyers & suppliers
Beyond a contact list: each account remembers what they actually bought, at what realisation,
and how they paid last time. So when a repeat enquiry comes in, the quote goes out in ten minutes
with the right terms instead of being rebuilt from scratch.
